Q. How long will I wait for my order?

We endeavour to get all orders dispatched within 7-14 days, however at particularly busy times or on the rare occasion that the item you require is out of stock this may take a little longer.

Q. Is there a minimum order?

No we are happy to embroider or print 1 item or a thousand items just let us know what you need.

Q. Are all sizes in different brands/types the same?

No they can vary greatly that is why we include a size chart and if you are near to our offices you are very welcome to come and try on a relevant size to see which fits you best.

Q. If I want my own logo or design putting on an item what will it cost me?

This depends on the complexity of what you want on the design, simple text is generally no extra charge but if you want a company logo there may be a one off digitisation charge of £20 but we will keep this on file for you to use again and again should you wish to. Simply send us your design for a free no obligation quote. 

Q. If I have a problem what should I do?

We want your shopping experience with us to be a positive one but should you have a question or there be a problem you can either email us on info@handkembroidery.co.uk or give us a call on 01377 271233 if we are with a customer or it is outside of normal office hours just leave us a short message with your contact details and we will get back to you a.s.a.p. we believe its important you get to speak to a human who knows their product not a computer asking you to press numbers.
